How costs are calculated at Dante Luxury Travel

We pride ourselves on offering a transparent and personalized approach to pricing your unique travel experience. Below is a detailed explanation of how we calculate costs and the process for confirming your booking.

🛺 Daily Rates for Personal Guide/Driver

• 1 person: €325 per full day
• 2 people: €395 per full day
• 2x2 people (two couples): €500 per full day
• Please note: all rates are exclusive VAT

These rates cover the services of your personal guide/driver for a full day of travel. Please note that additional expenses incurred by the guide/driver, such as meals, accommodations and entrance fees, will be added to the total cost.

🏦 Additional Costs

1. Vehicle costs: All expenses for the rented car will be charged separately.
2. Your own travel to Italy: Transportation (flights or train) to the starting point of your journey in Italy is not included. If you prefer to drive your own car to Italy with our driver/guide, our services will begin at your departure point in Europe. We will charge travel costs from the point of departure.
3. Accommodations: You will need to book and pay for your hotels in advance. We are more then happy to assist with hotel reservations, but payment for these will remain your responsibility. Eventual costs with cancellation will remain yours.
4. Dining: Restaurants will be paid directly by you on-site.

Once we receive your travel inquiry, we will contact you via email or phone to discuss your specific wishes, budget, and the desired length of your trip. Based on this discussion, we will create a detailed, no-obligation quote tailored to your preferences. This quote will be reviewed with you in detail and adjusted as needed to ensure it aligns perfectly with your expectations.

📅 Payment Terms

• Deposit: 20% of the total amount is due 6 weeks before the start of your trip.
• Balance: The remaining amount is due 4 weeks before your trip.

⏰ Cancellation Policy

• Until 4 weeks before departure: 90% of the total amount refunded
• 3 weeks before departure: 50% of the total amount refunded
• 2 weeks before departure: 30% of the total amount refunded
• Less than 2 weeks before departure: 20% of the total amount refunded
